Why choose Radiator Coolant 100% Concentrate
Duckhams Radiator Coolant 100% Concentrate is an ethylene glycol-based coolant concentrate with Inorganic Additive Technology (IAT) corrosion inhibitors, also known as mineral or conventional technology. Once diluted with water, it controls engine temperature in liquid-cooled internal combustion engines all year round: as an anti-freeze it prevents the coolant from freezing at cold start-up, and at high operating temperatures it prevents summer boil-over. Duckhams Radiator Coolant 100% Concentrate is nitrite, amine and phosphate-free, and is suitable for use in engines in passenger cars and light trucks, and in a variety of industries, including off-road and heavy-duty applications such as construction, farming and mining.
- Ethylene glycol-based coolant concentrate. Protects the metals and alloys found in modern engines and provides excellent year-round protection.
- Inorganic Additive Technology (IAT) based formulation. Protects engine components, such as radiators, cylinder heads, water pumps and heat exchangers, from corrosion and cavitation. Nitrite, amine and phosphate (NAP) free.
- Duckhams Radiator Coolant Concentrate should be diluted with water before use. Distilled or de-ionised water should be used for the best result.
- For optimum corrosion protection, and protection against freezing and frost damage, Duckhams recommends a dilution of 50% concentrate in 50% water, which will protect engines to at least -37 °C.
- Suitable for use in diesel and petrol engines fitted to vehicles for on and off-road applications, such as construction, farming and mining.
