Eligibility: The Unlock your luck Promotion (hereafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 years and above, except any direct or indirect employees, distributors, consultants, agents, and individuals professionally associated with Duckhams or their immediate families.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will run for 3 months, commencing from 11th October 2024 to 28th December 2024.

Contest:

The contest is open for all citizens above the age of 18

The contestant must provide name, mobile number & email

Winners will be determined based on a draw

Assured Gift on Purchase:

Customers will receive free Duckhams merchandise- a 21" Foldable umbrella (for PCMO Fully Synthetic) during the Promotion period within Malaysia

and Singapore or until stocks last from select stores.

Compliance:

By participating in this Promotion, Contestants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Duckhams shall be final and binding in all respects.

Duckhams reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Contestants and to disqualify any Contestants who breach these Terms and Conditions or act in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

Data Protection:

In participating in this Promotion, the Contestant hereby consents to the collection and processing of their data.

Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed and protected by applicable data protection laws and Duckhams' Privacy Policy.

General:

Duckhams reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and Singapore.
