Duckhams 125th Anniversary Promotion - Terms and Conditions *

Promotion Description: To celebrate the 125th anniversary, Duckhams & our distributor Emirates for Universal Tyres (EUT) are offering customers in the UAE a chance to win exciting prizes through the "Duckhams 125th Anniversary Promotion". During the promotion period, Customers who purchase any Duckhams' products from our authorized retailers will receive a scratch card with a unique code that can be entered online for a chance to win Duckhams' car sunshades, 1.25 grams of 22KT gold, or the grand prize of 12.5 grams of 22KT gold.

Promotion Period: The promotion will run from March 25, 2024, to May 24, 2024 (DED permit number: 1478410), (Al Alin Permit Number: 0960080), (Abu Dhabi Permit Number: 0960079).

Eligibility: The promotion is open to all Duckhams customers in the UAE aged 18 years and above, except for direct or indirect employees of Duckhams, its distributors, retailers, consultants, agents, and their immediate family members. Only purchases made during the promotion period will be eligible to participate in the contest.

How to Participate:

i. Purchase any Duckhams product from authorised retailers in the UAE during the promotion period.

ii. Scratch the card provided with the purchase to reveal a unique code.

iii. Visit duckhams.com/uae-promo and complete the online entry form with accurate personal details (name, email, location, nationality, phone number) together with the unique code.

iv. Upon submission, contestants will instantly know if they have won any of the prizes.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: 1 winner will receive 12.5 grams of 22KT gold.

Weekly Prizes: Multiple winners will receive 1.25 grams of 22KT gold.

Other Prizes: Duckhams car sunshades.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries. Winners will be announced on the Duckhams' social media channels. Gold winners will be personally notified via email or phone call.

Prize Redemption:Winners must present a valid ID and proof of purchase to claim their prizes. Additional steps for prize redemption may be required and will be communicated to winners. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

General Terms:

i. By participating, contestants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Duckhams, which shall be final and binding.

ii. Duckhams reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify contestants for breach of rules, amend or cancel the promotion, and substitute prizes of equal or greater value if needed.

iii. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

iv. Duckhams shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion.

v. Personal data collected will be processed per applicable data protection laws and Duckhams' Privacy Policy.

vi. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
